Decatur Gun Club is a storied shotgun shooting range located in Decatur, Illinois, with a legacy spanning over 130 years of supporting clay-shooting enthusiasts. As a shotgun club exclusively, we focus on delivering exceptional clay target shooting experiences in a welcoming and safe environment.

We provide three primary clay shooting disciplines:

• •Trap Shooting - Classic trap format with consistent target presentations
• •Skeet Shooting - Olympic-style eight-station skeet courses
• •5-Stand Clay Shooting - Dynamic shooting requiring movement between stations

All rounds consist of 25 targets, making it easy to practice or compete. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced shooter honing your skills, our facilities accommodate all proficiency levels.
