Brunner Range sits on Sheridan Drive, just north of the Hancock Avenue intersection. This is Fort Leavenworth's center for shotgun shooting sports—open to the public, no membership required.

The range features: - 4 skeet fields - 3 trap fields - 1 five-stand field

You can rent shotguns and buy ammunition on-site. The staff includes NRA-certified and National Skeet Shooting Association instructors who teach shotgun safety and shooting techniques for both new and experienced shooters. Special orders welcome at the pro shop.

  • Monthly Fun Shoots typically held the first Saturday (for all skill levels and families)
  • Registered skeet tournaments for competitive shooters
  • Special fun shoots scheduled throughout 2026
  • Astro Clays events
  • Group reservations available for 15+ people (small rental fee)

The clubhouse has a full kitchen and can be reserved for private functions. Range facilities are available by appointment for both shooting and non-shooting events.
