Dynamic Arms Training

Dynamic Arms Training provides the pathway to becoming a certified NRA Instructor—a credential that goes beyond a piece of paper. You're joining a professional network dedicated to teaching firearm safety and responsible ownership.

NRA Instructor Courses are discipline-specific and cover the fundamentals of professional instruction:

• •NRA policies, procedures, and training materials
• •Firearm safety principles and classroom management
• •Public speaking and student evaluation techniques
• •Course organization and budget preparation
• •Coaching strategies for beginning shooters

Each participant receives the official NRA Trainer's Guide and course outlines to maintain consistency across every class.

Founded by Ricky Crutchfield Jr., Dynamic Arms Training operates across Montgomery and Frederick County in Maryland. Their mission aligns with the NRA's founding principle in 1871: promoting education and training in safe, responsible firearm use.

Candidates must demonstrate solid firearm safety knowledge, shooting proficiency, and the ability to teach effectively in their chosen discipline.

You'll complete pre-course qualifications, the full instructor training in your discipline, and receive endorsement from an NRA Training Counselor before certification.
