Stream water quality testing event Identifying what lives in the water is one of the best ways to determine a stream or lake's health. Get your feet wet, collecting stream bottom samples. Use portable magnifiers to identify macroinvertebrates (e.g., water bugs) to learn about the water quality of Great Seneca Creek near the Izaak Walton League of America, Rockville Chapter lake. We've created this event, which requires parental accompaniment (no drop-offs), for ages 10 and over. Please dress according to the weather and no open-toe shoes. We are limiting this event to forty participants. The event is limited to 40 guests, and registration is required, and you may register at this Registration Link. Questions?
