Location details and information
Berwyn Rod & Gun Club was established in 1938 by firearms owners, collectors, competitors, hunters, and fishermen united by a single purpose: promoting safe and responsible firearms use, nature preservation, and community service. Nearly 90 years later, that mission remains unchanged.
BRGC operates as a private club but memberships are available to the public. You must be a U.S. citizen, at least 21 years old, and legally allowed to own firearms under federal, state, and local Maryland law. The application is free and carries no financial obligation until you decide to join.
Annual membership: $400/year (roughly $33/month or $1.10/day) for practically unlimited range access. New members pay pro-rated dues plus a one-time $200 initiation fee. Associate memberships available at $75/year.
The club maintains outdoor ranges for: - Pistols - handgun shooting - Rifles - maximum 100-yard distance - Shotguns - no clay sports (no trap, skeet, or sporting clays facilities) - Archery - dedicated archery range
