Somerset Sportsman's Club

Somerset Sportsman's Club is an active, community-focused shooting facility located in Swansea, Massachusetts, offering comprehensive shooting sports programs for both members and the general public. With multiple specialized ranges and a well-maintained infrastructure, the club provides opportunities for shooters of all skill levels.

• •Trap Shooting - The club's most active program, running 3 days per week with two dedicated trap shooting fields and a heated trap house for comfort during colder months
• •5 Stand Sporting Clays - Dynamic clay target shooting that simulates hunting scenarios
• •Rifle Shooting - Dedicated rifle range for various calibers and shooting styles
• •Pistol Shooting - Two distinct shooting positions (25 and 50 yard) accommodating different skill levels and training needs
• •Skeet Shooting - Additional clay target discipline for shotgun enthusiasts

The club maintains professional-grade facilities including score keeping stations, heated trap house for year-round comfort, benches and shooting tables, and well-maintained safety infrastructure. The combination of indoor amenities and outdoor ranges ensures shooters can train effectively in all weather conditions.

While some events are members-only, trap shooting events are open to the public, making Somerset Sportsman's Club accessible to both registered members and visitors. The club hosts special events including seasonal trap leagues, 100 Bird Shoots, Turkey Shoots, and a Veteran's Shoot. Youth shooters under 18 are welcome with proper adult supervision.

Spring 2025 Trap Schedule: - Monday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM or until finished

Member rates: $5/round (under 18: $3); Non-member rates: $7/round (under 18: $4)
