Full description and what we offer
Aaron Sybesma started Lakeshore Guns in 2007 with one goal: follow his passion for firearms and serve West Michigan shooters right. What began as mostly fishing tackle has grown into one of Michigan's largest independent gun dealers. Today they stock over 1,000 new and used firearms across a 4,000 sq ft retail location in Saugatuck.
Lakeshore Guns is the largest buyer of used firearms in West Michigan. They don't just handle single gun sales. They regularly purchase collections of 150+ firearms and travel across the country to evaluate and buy large collections. They've got references available if you're sitting on a serious collection.
Guns cannot be altered or modified, and serial numbers cannot be removed.
Inspection guarantee: If a firearm doesn't pass inspection after arrival (rare), you're charged a $50 inspection fee and responsible for return shipping. If a missing part is discovered, they'll often replace it and deduct the cost instead.
Lakeshore Guns handles estate appraisals, insurance valuations, and collection assessments. They're trusted by Michigan law firms including Varnum, Warner, Norcross, and Judd.
Why you might need an appraisal: - Estate planning - Insurance coverage - Legal compliance - Sales and resale - Collectible investments - Tax purposes
They assess everything from antique treasures to modern firearms, military arms, hunting rifles, and custom builds.
