Hunters choose from box blinds, elevated quad pods, ladder stands, lock-on stands, and ground blinds. All stands get regular maintenance checks. Ladder and lock-on stands come equipped with safety lines. They discuss comfort and accessibility needs before your hunt.

The property offers diverse terrain: rolling hills with timber, creek systems, soybeans, corn, clover, oats, and alfalfa fields. This variety means different hunting strategies depending on conditions and game type.
