The standout service is Cerakote finishing—a high-performance ceramic coating applied by certified applicators. Sigwo Arms stocks 300 different Cerakote colors and can execute custom designs, logos, patterns, and etchings directly into the metal.

Located at 522 W. Commercial Street in Springfield's growing C-Street district, the operation includes a showroom and active workshop. Most firearms are assembled and customized in-house. Cerakote applicators are certified through Cerakote headquarters in Oregon.
"We have 300 different colors we can do," Grove said while showing off custom pieces.
Sigwo Arms also operates Sigwo Industries, which manufactures replacement parts for firearms, cars, and metal projects—allowing them to diversify work throughout seasonal fluctuations in the firearms business.
Steven Grove is a 23-year National Guard veteran retiring in April 2023. Sigwo is an acronym for Signal Warrant Officer, his military rank. He also operates Sigwo Technologies (blockchain software development). The business focus is intentionally diverse to provide his four children with varied opportunities.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | Saturday 9am-5pm
Walk-ins are welcome, though most business comes from custom orders and B2B sales to other retail operations.
