Mid Montana Firearms LLC operates as a 07 FFL and NFA dealer in the Paradise Valley area south of Livingston. The shop handles everything from general repair and maintenance to full custom builds, with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.

• •Rifles - Accuracy evaluation with borescope analysis, bolt action blueprinting, barrel threading and chambering, muzzle recrowning, bolt jeweling, pillar and epoxy bedding, scope installation with alignment and boresighting, trigger installation and adjustment, custom bolt and AR builds, and 22 RF barrel relining.

• •Shotguns - Chamber and bore work, recoil pad replacement, sight installation with drill and tap, and custom tactical builds.

• •Handguns - Revolver rebarreling with forcing cone checks and timing adjustment. Semi-auto work including trigger tuning and sight installation.

• •Finishing - Cerakote coating, hydrographic water transfer printing on stocks, classic rust bluing (including damascus barrels), Duracoat, wood refinishing, and metal polishing.

• •Reloading - Custom load development, ultrasonic cleaning, LabRadar chronograph evaluations, and brass annealing with AMP electric induction.

• •Suppressors - Muzzle threading and thread protectors. Dealer for Lane Suppressors.

AGI Master Gunsmith Program graduate with factory certification as a Glock Advanced Armorer. Additional certifications from Extreme Accuracy Institute (Gordy Gritters precision rifle building) and Darrel Holland precision reloading.

Dealer relationships include Timney Triggers, Allen Arms Tactical, Stag Arms, and major reloading suppliers.

The gallery shows examples of precision work: bolt jeweling on Remington 700s, damascus barrel restoration and bluing, custom 6XC builds, AR sidechargers in various Cerakote finishes, and accuracy improvements documented with before/after group shots (like the Winchester 22 RF that went from 9-shot groups before barrel relining to significantly tighter groups after).
