Call 'em Close specializes in guided waterfowl hunts across private Nebraska land in Garden County—wintering grounds for thousands of ducks and geese. The operation is built on local knowledge: guides have lived in Oshkosh their whole lives, and hunting is part of family tradition, not just a business.

Waterfowl Season: - Canada Geese: November 8–February 6 - Ducks: October 11–January 14

Upland Game: - Pheasant: October 25–January 31 (afternoons after goose hunts) - Whitetail Deer: Archery (Sept 15–Nov 14, Nov 24–Dec 31), Firearm (Nov 15–23), Muzzleloader (Dec 1–31)

Pheasant hunts cover prime private country—cornfields, CRP grass, shelterbelts, and food plots of sunflowers, cane, milo, and millet. Your birds get cleaned and packaged for the trip home.

Weapons safety discussion happens every morning before hunts. Firearms stay unloaded except in the field or at the trap range. Safety isn't negotiable here.
