Full description and what we offer
FirearmAuction.com operates a regional auction platform for buying and selling firearms and ammunition across the Midwest and beyond. Located at 17576 HWY 30 in Kearney, Nebraska, the operation combines in-person previews with online bidding to create a transparent marketplace for collectors, shooters, and dealers.
If you're selling firearms, FirearmAuction.com offers three delivery options:
Once your guns arrive, their team handles:
10% buyer premium is standard, and there are no FFL transfer fees for transactions.
Two Preview Days Before Every Auction — inspect lots in person, ask questions, check bore condition and serial numbers. No guessing at condition from photos alone.
Before bidding:
1. Read lot listings carefully — condition notes, included accessories, serial numbers (when provided) 2. Attend in-person preview days to verify condition, function, and completeness 3. Verify serial numbers match photos and documentation 4. Research market value for the specific model and condition 5. Confirm your receiving FFL's details (firearms ship only to licensed dealers) 6. Know your state and local firearm laws — buyer is responsible for legality
All auctions close on Mondays. Register at least two hours before closing to confirm your bid.
| Item Type | Shipping | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Long guns | $45–$60 typical | Ship to FFL dealers only |
| Handguns | $25–$35 typical | Ship to FFL dealers only |
| Ammunition | Via UPS Ground | Where legal; some states/dealers restrict |

All firearms are insured for full purchase value in transit.
Out-of-state buyers purchasing long guns must pass a background check; handguns must ship to a licensed FFL in the buyer's state. Nebraska buyers need a CCW permit or firearms purchase certificate to buy any firearm except black powder only models.
