Nebraska Shooters Club

Nebraska Shooters operates as a specialized firearms training academy—not a range or retail shop. Their facility in Firth is designed specifically for the versatile training they offer, from beginner handgun courses to advanced tactical instruction that most public ranges can't accommodate.

Their certified instructors teach Nebraska concealed handgun training from a refined lesson plan tested through hundreds of classes. Every course meets Nebraska State Patrol requirements and also qualifies for Florida, Arizona, Iowa, and Colorado resident permits. Minnesota non-resident carry permit training is available as an add-on.

Since Nebraska adopted Constitutional Carry in September 2023, they've adapted with a modular program letting students pick specific education components—great if you want training but not the permit, or just need to fill knowledge gaps.

They regularly host nationally recognized trainers. Upcoming includes Norman Hood's Two-Day Fighting Pistol, Chuck Haggard's Pocket Rockets and Close Quarters Handgun courses, Tactical Hyve's Cheat Codes of Shooting, Sam Rosenberg's Live Ready clinic covering unarmed defensive tactics, and Massad Ayoob's comprehensive MAG-40 self-defense law course.

Nebraska Shooters hosts the Lancaster County Bounty Collection Agency monthly SASS matches (April–October, second Saturday mornings). They also run the annual VFW Shootout and various charity fundraisers.

Their challenge coin program tracks shooter progression. First Shots® intro courses get newcomers comfortable with handguns. Practical pistol courses build tactical skills. Friday Fun Shoots offer open range time.

They don't operate a public range and don't sell firearms. This is training-only, which means they can focus entirely on instruction quality rather than splitting attention across retail or range management.
