Arsenal Inc. operates as a licensed weapons and ammunition manufacturer, importer, and wholesaler based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 2000, they've been the only privately-owned American company licensed with complete technology for manufacturing Mil-Spec AK-platform rifles—plus they own the equipment, expertise, and trained staff for in-house production.

Their manufacturing facility uses latest technology to produce some of the most accurate and versatile AK weapons available. The Bulgarian factory is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and Arsenal Inc. itself is ISO 9001:2008 compliant—that matters when you're shipping thousands of firearms annually.

Arsenal's Custom Shop is Cerakote©-Certified and specializes in ceramic-based coatings for Arsenal brand firearms. Cerakote improves durability (prevents nicks and scratches), adds corrosion and chemical resistance, and handles heat better than traditional finishes.

Cerakote Service Details: - Available for Arsenal brand firearms only - Applied to receiver, gas tube, and barrel - Choose from any Cerakote© color - Two service levels: - Level 1 (default): Receiver assembly, barrel assembly with components, gas tube - Level 2: Everything in Level 1 plus top cover, safety lever, mag catch, muzzle attachment, cleaning rod - Optional full-firearm disassembly/reassembly by experienced gunsmiths ($49 extra) - Additional accessories available at $75 each (SAM7SF Stock, AK-650B Rail System) - 30-day estimated turnaround

The Cerakote Process: 1. Check-in with before photos and metal inspection 2. Sonic clean heated tank with acetone bath (removes oil, grease, dirt) 3. Sandblasting and paint adhesion check 4. Arsenal proprietary step: Parts baked in specialty oven to gas out excess oils 5. Final cleaning and prep 6. Pre-coating inspection 7. Cerakote application per official specifications 8. Baking per official guidelines 9. Final quality inspection for thickness, appearance, and feel

Arsenal holds contracts with the U.S. Government and foreign governments, supplying weapons systems and accessories. Their logistics network handles secure transportation via air, sea, or land to U.S. and foreign delivery points—whether weapons originate from overseas factories or their Las Vegas facility.
