Safety is non-negotiable. RSOs enforce strict rules: muzzles downrange always, finger off trigger until ready, firearms cased/unloaded during transport. Eye and ear protection required on the firing line. No alcohol, drugs, or hazardous targets (glass, cans, appliances). Shotguns restricted to designated bays only. Incendiary, tracer, or exploding ammunition prohibited.
