Alder Brook Sportsmen's Association

Alder Brook Sportsmen's Association sits at the end of Alder Brook Road in Littleton, New Hampshire. It's a membership organization—18+ welcome to apply—built around serious shooting in the White Mountains.

The indoor range operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The outdoor range runs 7:00 AM until dark, every single day. No closures except occasional early-morning maintenance windows for beaver control.

They don't just provide range space—they run structured programs:

• •IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) - Weekly Tuesday practices (5:30-8:30pm) and monthly Saturday club matches. Instruction provided for new shooters. Requirements: holster-carry pistol or PCC, magazines/carriers, 100 rounds.
• •22 Marksman Challenge - Last Sunday of each month (10am-noon). Prone or bench rest, 50-200 yard steel targets. $10 entry, 100 rounds needed.
• •Long Range - Dedicated long-range facilities with recent upgrades including cutting, mulching, and ground maintenance. PRS matches hosted.
• •Trap/Skeet/Clays - Weekly Monday evenings (4:00-6:00pm).

Project Appleseed events held at the facility teach rifle marksmanship combined with American Revolutionary history using the Army Qualifying Test (AQT). Recent winter event produced multiple Marksman-certified shooters.

The club maintains detailed range maps, data cards (both MoA and Mil), and target packages for long-range shooters. They're actively involved in hosting New England regional PRS events.
