AIM4NH stands for Academics • Integrity • Marksmanship — the core values of New Hampshire's official youth trapshooting organization. Founded December 14, 2018, by Hailey Riley, AIM4NH operates as the youth program of the New Hampshire Trapshooting Association and is registered with both the ATA (Amateur Trapshooting Association) and SCTP (Scholastic Clay Target Program).
AIM4NH is open to all youth residing within New Hampshire boundaries. The program accepts shooters ages 9-22 during the target year (September 1 - August 31). Athletes attend the practice location closest to home, with no experience required to start.
All coaches are NRA-certified shotgun instructors. The coaching philosophy is straightforward: safety first, fun second. Every athlete completes NRA Basic Shotgun certification and enrolls in the NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program. The team takes pride in knowing their coaches and athletes are the safest shooters at any range.

Regional zone championships occur in May across multiple weekends, allowing athletes to post scores at any ATA-registered club.
AIM4NH awards yearly scholarships in three core categories:
Additional scholarships available: - Trap & Field Journalism Scholarship - Trapshooting Hall of Fame Scholarship - Amerigo Pagliaroli Memorial Scholarship (Eastern Zone only) - Robert L. Burg Memorial Scholarship - Mike Jordan Memorial Scholarship - Georgia Outdoor Network AIM Scholarship (Georgia only)
2025 Application Deadline: Postmarked by July 1, 2025. Applicants can apply for multiple scholarships but can only win one per year. Scholarship funds expire three years from award date unless proof of enrollment is submitted.
AIM4NH also maintains an endowment account through the MidwayUSA Foundation (Team ID: R20028). The Team Endowment Program allows the community to financially support the youth shooting sports program through tax-deductible donations.
AIM4NH has received significant donations to strengthen the program:
In 2025, AIM4NH received a Stevens Model 555 12-gauge shotgun donation from Robert Montgomery and a Tristar Model Viper G2 20-gauge from LPGWorks. Both gifts directly benefit youth athletes in competition.
Manchester Firing Line Range, LLC assisted with FFL transfers. The organization also partners with local fish and game clubs including Horseshoe Fish & Game Club and Cheshire County Fish & Game Club.
