Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club

Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club operates as a 100% volunteer-run organization in Cicero, NY. Members get access to all facilities with a single membership:

• •3 Pistol Ranges (25 & 50 yard)
• •200-Yard Rifle Range (50, 100, 200 yard)
• •12 Trap Fields with Canterbury voice-activated release systems
• •Archery Range (10, 20, 30 yard)
• •Shotgun Patterning Board

Host of the NYS Clay Target League State Tournament

The club runs active leagues throughout the year. Major events include:

• •NYS ATA Empire Grand (May 6-11)
• •NYS High School Trap Shoot (June 7-8)
• •Northeast Grand Trap Shoot (September 2-4)
• •Camp Troy youth programs (September/October)

The clubhouse features a full kitchen, dining area, lounge, and bar. Regular events include Monday night practice with "the best breaded wings in the County" ($10), Friday night gatherings with a full menu, live bands on select weekends, and chicken BBQs.

Paper targets only on main ranges. As of April 15, 2023, backer boards ($5 each) are mandatory for pistol and rifle targets. Free-standing steel targets approved. No 50 Cal. BMG or larger. Hearing and eye protection mandatory. Shooters must know their firearm and ammunition are safe for the range.

Bridgeport Breakers trapshooting team (ages 12-18) operates under Scholastic Clay Target Program guidelines with professional coaching.
