Kevin J. Cram has been hunting and shooting long-range in North Central Pennsylvania since 1991. That obsession with precision shooting led him to formalize his skills—he graduated from Columbia Montour Vo-Tech with a degree in Machine Technology, then studied Automated Manufacturing at Pennsylvania College of Technology. After years working precision machine shops during the day and building rifles at night, he launched Montour Rifles in 2002.
