Risk Breaker Arms operates as a Type 7 FFL manufacturer specializing in custom-built AR-15, AR-10, and AK-47 rifles designed for New York State compliance. All builds are done in-house, giving you direct access to the gunsmith.
Beyond rifle builds, Risk Breaker handles:
- •Custom Cerakote - All work done in-house. Cerakote is a ceramic-based finish that delivers abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. They can coat anything from vintage firearms to new builds, with a large catalog of colors, designs, and patterns to choose from.
- •Stippling - Grip modifications for better control
- •Engraving - Custom markings and personalization
- •Firearm Transfers - Handling private transfers for long guns, shotguns, and handguns with NY background checks
- •Ammunition Transfers - Full compliance with NY regulations
One-on-one instructor-led Basic Pistol Manipulation training covers safe handling, firearm manipulation, sight picture, sight alignment, and concealed carry fundamentals. Classes also include Article 35 use-of-force law for New York State. Training runs in blocks of 3 sessions on Tuesdays, limited to 4 students per class. Note: This is not a NYS Pistol Permit course.
