They walk you through the permit application, answer your questions, and stay available long-term. Monroe County averages 4.5–6 months for approval (standard statement is 8–12). Livingston is 4–6 weeks. Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Wyoming, Orleans, and Genesee run a couple months or less.
