Full description and what we offer
363 Training Solutions teaches NCDOJ-approved concealed carry courses in North Carolina and full-compliance 16-hour New York State concealed carry training (Westchester, NYC, Nassau, and Suffolk counties). Both courses include classroom instruction covering firearm safety, state/federal gun laws, situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, and marksmanship fundamentals—plus live-fire range training where you demonstrate proficiency on actual targets.
Chris Tomanelli, owner and lead instructor, brings 25+ years as a firearms enthusiast and a career in emergency services (firefighter to flight paramedic). He's USCCA, NRA, NCDOJ, and AHA certified. Students consistently note his ability to answer detailed questions, explain material thoroughly without rushing, and provide personal coaching on grip and aim.
"Chris was able to answer any and all questions that were thrown his way with professionalism. He provided us with all the information and guidance needed while taking his course and was very thorough as well as informative." — Lori I.

363 doesn't sell firearms or ammunition. What you bring is your own gun (unless the class specifies they provide one). Classes run in Greensboro but serve multiple states—they regularly travel to New York for compliance training. If you don't see a scheduled date for what you want, you request one and they arrange it.
Every student gets access to USCCA resources including a FREE "6 Things You Didn't Know Would Happen When the Police Arrive" guide and a FREE Concealed Carry Reciprocity & Gun Laws Map for all 50 states.
The curriculum reflects real-world priorities: conflict avoidance, de-escalation, legal aftermath of self-defense incidents, and medical response to traumatic injuries. Chris's emergency services background drives this focus—knowing how to stop bleeding or handle a chest wound can matter as much as trigger control.
