Bullseye Firearms Training

Bullseye Firearms Training is run by James Collins, a former Artillery Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps who maintains instructor certifications through the USCCA, NRA (Basic Pistol, Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Outside the Home), and NC Concealed Carry.

The operation focuses on practical, down-to-earth instruction—not corporate fluff. Collins spends time answering questions before, during, and after class. Students consistently note his patience, professionalism, and hands-on range guidance.

• •2-hour classroom + range time
• •Gun safety, cleaning, maintenance, and marksmanship fundamentals
• •.22 caliber firearms and ammo provided
• •20-30 minutes individual range time per shooter
• •$95 (range fee separate)

• •8-hour instructional course + live-fire qualification
• •Written test and shooting qualification required
• •Qualification: 10 rounds from 3 yards, 10 from 5 yards, 10 from 7 yards
• •Certificate issued upon successful completion (required for NC CCH permit)
• •You bring firearm (must be larger than .22) and 40 rounds
• •$90 (range fee, gun rental, ammo separate)

Eligibility Note: Must be US citizen, NC resident for 30+ days, 21+, with valid ID and legal ability to own firearms. It's your responsibility to confirm you meet all requirements before enrolling.

• •Basic safety, field stripping, reassembly, maintenance
• •Covers accessories, optics selection, shooting positions, sight alignment
• •Intro-level, rifles and pistols permitted
• •You bring AR, 50 rounds, sling, and optics
• •$95 (range fee, gun rental, ammo separate)
