Currahee Coatings operates as a dedicated home shop in Wendell, NC where Mike—a combat veteran with over a decade of experience—personally handles every coating and engraving project. This isn't a production line. He's the sole applicator, which means your firearm gets meticulous attention from start to finish.

Lifetime Warranty If any finish peels, cracks, or chips from the work performed, it gets refinished free—including return shipping. The shop doesn't cover normal wear (drops, holster marks, metal-to-metal contact).

Payment When You're Happy Local cerakote-only jobs? Pay when you pick up and approve the results. This approach means Mike only gets paid for work you actually want. For shipped items or parts, payment is due before return shipping.

Turnaround: 2-4 Weeks Standard timeframe for coating services without cutting corners on quality.

Ships nationwide via FedEx/UPS. Accepts handguns (2nd day air minimum), long guns and parts (ground shipping). Requires insurance at full value. FFL status allows receipt of any serialized or complete firearms—just include a legible copy of your ID.
