80 Lowers by RMF manufactures custom billet 80% lower receivers from their Springfield, Oregon facility. Unlike most vendors, they build each part after you order it—no pre-stock inventory sitting on shelves. This approach lets them offer extensive customization without carrying 896+ SKUs.
AR-15 Platform - Standard Billet AR-15 80% Lower - Lightweight (LW) AR-15 80% Lowers - Skeletonized AR-15 80% Lowers - Ultra Skeleton AR-15 80% Lowers - Available as single lowers or complete receiver sets
AR-10 / .308 Platform - DPMS type 80% lowers (Billet, Lightweight, Skeletonized) - SR25 type 80% lowers (Billet, Lightweight, Skeletonized) - Receiver sets combining upper and lower
AR-9 / 9mm Pistol - Lightweight AR-9 80% Lowers (Colt mag pattern) - Skeletonized AR-9 80% Lowers (Colt mag pattern) - Limited run production
They machine from 6061-T6 aluminum as standard (with 7075-T6 available on request). Each part can ship in: - Raw (uncoated, ready to finish yourself) - Bead Blasted (smooth matte gray finish) - Black Anodized (Type II anodize, durable finish) - Cerakote (custom H-Series ceramic coating)
Standard Cerakote colors available: Burnt Bronze, Graphite Black, Magpul FDE, Magpul OD Green, Tungsten Grey
Custom H-Series options: Browns, Bronze-Gold-Tan-Yellow, Greens, Greys, Black-White-Silver, Pink-Red-Orange-Purple, Blues :::

Orders don't ship Sundays or holidays. All parts ship via USPS Priority Mail.
"The August 2022 ATF Rule Change had no impact on our business since we are only selling 'Receiver Blanks' as defined by ATF, and we do not serialize our 80 percent lowers. We will continue to feature our 80% lower receivers which are not banned now and are still legal to buy in most states."
