Stoner Tactical Ordnance is a family-owned gun store with serious pedigree. Eugene Stoner—the man credited with designing the AR-15 that became the military's M16—is the grandfather of the current owner. That lineage isn't just marketing; it shapes what they stock and how they approach the business.
As an authorized Knight's Armament Company dealer, Stoner Tactical focuses on quality over volume:
- •SR-15 rifles (16" and 18" barrel options)
- •SR-25 rifles (20" and 22" barrel options, including 6.5 Creedmoor)
- •Lower receiver assembly kits for both SR-15 and SR-25
- •Upper receiver assemblies and kits
- •Suppressors (5.56mm and 7.62mm options with various mounting systems)
Prices range from around $1,200 for upper receiver kits to $6,300 for complete SR-25 rifles, with regular discounts bringing some items down 10-15%.
