Cumberland Beagle Club

Cumberland Beagle Club is a historic shooting sports facility with deep roots in the community, founded in 1946 by 25 returning WWII servicemen. Located in Cumberland, Rhode Island, the club has grown to serve over 600 active members and maintains a strong commitment to promoting hunting, fishing, and shooting sports.

The club features comprehensive shooting ranges designed for various skill levels and disciplines:

• •Trap & Skeet: Two public trap ranges available for members and qualified shooters
• •Pistol & Handgun Ranges: Multiple outdoor ranges including a dedicated pistol-only range and handgun training facilities with varying distances
• •Rifle Ranges: Upper range with 10 shooting positions accommodating 50 and 100-yard distances
• •Indoor Range: Available for qualified members only

Cumberland Beagle Club offers extensive archery opportunities:

• •Indoor archery range
• •60-yard outdoor archery range
• •3D archery trail courses
• •Youth archery program for developing young archers

• •Fishing: The club maintains a stocked trout pond for member and family fishing, plus hosts an annual Kids Fishing Derby open to the public.

• •Events & Community: Members enjoy regular game dinners, social gatherings, and the club supports local initiatives including an annual blood drive and high school scholarships. The facility also accommodates police department annual qualifications.
