Jeffery Archery was founded by master bowyer Owen Jeffery, whose career in traditional bow making spanned seven decades. Owen passed away in 2016, but his son Tom continues the same craftsmanship and precision that built the shop's reputation. In 2018, Owen was inducted into the Archery Hall of Fame—a testament to the innovation he brought to recurve bow development.

Today, Jeffery Archery draws customers from South Carolina and surrounding states, operating as the full-service pro shop at 3129 Bluff Road, Columbia, SC 29209.

1. Check your draw length to make sure the bow fits you properly 2. Confirm bow weight is comfortable for your strength level 3. Install accessories: arrow rest, sights, nocking points, peep sights 4. Range instruction on the 12-lane indoor range to teach you how to use the equipment

The climate-controlled range spans 5 to 20 yards and is open during all store hours.

Walk-ins accepted subject to space availability. Online reservations are available up to 45 days in advance.

Adult recreational leagues run Tuesday evenings year-round. Leagues are typically 4 weeks long with handicapped scoring, so shooters of all skill levels compete fairly.
