Full description and what we offer

Chris' Customs LLC is a Type 07/SOT Federal Firearms Licensee run by combat veterans who got tired of watching the industry cut corners during the pandemic. All staff are U.S. Army veterans with combined 30+ years in small arms repair, tactical operations, machining, and firearms instruction. They operate from a home-based shop in Georgetown, SC, but don't let that fool you—this is professional work backed by serious credentials.

  • Cerakote & Custom Engraving - Factory-trained Cerakote application and S.A.L.E. certified laser engraving. They handle both cosmetic and functional finishes.
  • Firearm Transfers - $20 flat fee for standard transfers (covers 1-3 guns per transaction), which includes handling the 4473 form, background check coordination, and paperwork. They're listed on most major firearm websites. NFA/Class III transfers (suppressors, SBRs) run $50, waived if you buy the item through them.
  • Retail Sales - New, used, and consignment firearms. They work with 15+ distributors and can special-order just about anything. Current inventory includes AR-15 platforms, lever-actions (Henry), shotguns (Mossberg 590A1), handguns (Smith & Wesson M&P, Taurus, Heritage), and upper/lower receivers (Aero Precision). Ammunition in stock includes Federal 5.56, Magtech 9mm, and .300 AAC Blackout.
  • Consignment Sales - Sell your used firearm without the risk. $40 flat listing fee, or $40 plus Gun Broker seller fees for wider exposure. You set the price, they handle the background check and transaction.
  • Glock Armorer Certified - They're factory-certified to work on Glocks beyond basic repairs.

This isn't a guess-and-check operation. Between them they hold: - U.S. Ordnance Range Safety Officer certification - NRA Range Safety Officer - Master Gunner Common Core Course (U.S. Army Fort Benning) - Long-range marksmanship and designated marksman training - CNC and manual machining experience - 3D printing capability

As a home-based FFL, they have flexibility other shops don't. Local customers get one-on-one service. Out-of-state? You get the same treatment via email, phone, or text. They'll answer questions about specific firearms, federal law, state regulations, and carrying laws even if you don't buy from them.

"We treat all our Customers as if you are our only one"

They're also strong supporters of veterans, LEO, and first responders.
