B-Tactical

B-Tactical operates out of Caddo Mills on IH30—halfway between Dallas and Greenville—as a disabled veteran-owned business built by people with serious credentials. The owner is a third-generation Special Operations (SOCOM) member who served in OEF and OIF with elite ground fighting units. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Security Management from American Military University and an MBA from Texas A&M-Kingsville, plus certifications from the Joint Special Operations University.

That background matters because it shapes how the range operates.

B-Tactical runs:

• •Pistol lanes - up to 25 yards
• •Rifle ranges - 50, 100, 300, and 400 yard distances
• •Private tactical bays - rented by the hour (call ahead to reserve)
• •Regular lanes - first-come, first-served at $27/day per person

Sharing a lane? Additional shooters pay $12 each (max 4 per lane)

The store stocks firearms for immediate purchase or you can order online and pick up in-store with no additional fees. As a Class III dealer, they handle NFA items like silencers.

Transfer Fees: - Standard transfers: $25 - Class III items (silencers, short-barrel rifles, etc.): $100 - Shipping firearms: $40 (ground with adult signature required)

Ammunition: Stock both in-store and online. Age requirements apply (18+ for rifle/shotgun, 21+ for handgun).

Shop Categories Include: Firearms (rifles, shotguns, handguns, black powder), ammunition, optics, accessories, duty gear, body armor, holsters, knives and tools, air guns, archery equipment, camping/outdoor gear, cleaning and storage, gun parts.

Staff credentials include: - Matt: 25+ years law enforcement, 17+ years on Garland SWAT, current Hunt County Sheriff's Office captain, 10-year TTPOA instructor - Shelly: NRA instructor (pistol, rifle, shotgun, personal protection), USCCA training counselor, Well Armed Woman state regional trainer, Chief Range Safety Officer - Josh: Disabled combat veteran, Airborne, OIF service, former Triple Canopy PSD operator - Boz: Combat-wounded disabled veteran (Army/Air Force SOCOM), OIF/OEF service, government contracts worldwide

Current Class Schedule: - Basic Rifle Course - $100 (max 8 students) - License to Carry - $65 (max 16 students) - Basic Pistol Training - $85 (max 8 students)

The team tailors instruction to student ability level—meaning beginners don't waste time or money on material they've mastered, and experienced shooters get appropriately advanced instruction.

B-Tactical staff have worked private security contracts worldwide protecting diplomats and VIPs. They've been through OEF and OIF. They know what works in actual environments versus what looks good on a range.

From Dallas: Take IH30 east, exit at 85, stay on frontage road toward exit 87 near McDonald's/Texaco/Pilot. B-Tactical is on your right before exit 87.

From Greenville: Take IH30 west, exit at 87, turn left under the bridge toward Texaco/Pilot. At the 4-way, turn right and head west on the frontage road past the Texaco. B-Tactical is just past the exit 87 ramp on your left.
