Greater Pearland Archery Club (GPAC) operates the archery program at Pearland Sports Academy in a dedicated 2,600 sq ft climate-controlled indoor facility—ideal for year-round shooting.
- •Explore Archery — Introduction program for beginners of any age. Learn range safety, proper shooting form, and archery games. Taught by certified USA Archery instructors. Offered as single-day courses, multi-day programs, or weekly classes, indoors or outdoors. Required before advancing to JOAD.
- •JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) — USA Archery's competitive program for youth ages 8-20. Train in recurve or compound bow techniques with progression from fundamentals to advanced competition. Top archers can earn spots on youth world teams or (for recurve shooters) try out for the US Olympic team.
- •Special Events & Group Programs — GPAC brings archery to scouts, small groups, and community events like Earth Day festivals. All equipment supplied. Instructors work with group leaders to customize each event.

Equipment Policy: GPAC provides all archery gear for beginners at no extra charge. Youth and adults can bring their own target archery equipment; instructors inspect it before use.
