The Magpul Texas 3-Gun Championship runs April 10-12, 2026 at Reveille Peak Ranch near Burnet, TX—less than an hour from Austin. This isn't a sterile indoor range. The stages are built into the natural landscape of the Texas hill country, combining challenging courses of fire with real terrain.

You're shooting 10 natural terrain stages that push experienced competitors while staying fun and interesting for newer shooters. The approximate round count:

• •Rifle: 150-200 rounds (with ~25 rounds at 200+ yards)
• •Pistol: 150-200 rounds
• •Shotgun: 150-200 rounds (bird shot) + 10 slugs

Reveille Peak Ranch is a 1,300-acre outdoor event center with: - Range entrance at 1610 County Road 115, Burnet, TX 78611 - RV slots with electric hookups (email [email protected] to reserve) - Full bathrooms with showers on-site - Professional stage setup built into natural granite terrain

Burnet area lodging options include:

NO steel core or bi-metal ammunition. The range uses magnet inspections—if a magnet sticks to your bullet, you're done for the weekend. This is a hard rule.

• •No tracer, incendiary, or armor-piercing rounds
• •No steel jackets or penetrator cores
• •Can't bring prohibited ammo even if you don't plan to shoot it

Registration opens October 5th at 7:00pm CDT. The match typically sells out and moves to a waiting list, but 20-30 people usually get in from the wait list.
