All work ships from Vermont. Check their Turnaround Time page before ordering—current weather ("Snowmageddon 2026" notifications suggest seasonal delays are possible). They accept mail-in slides and frames, process orders online, and provide Order Progress tracking so you know where your gun is in the queue.
They're particularly strong on Sig P365 ecosystem work (they make dedicated P365/P938 SAS optic plates) and HK platform gunsmithing, which commands premium prices due to the complexity of HK slides. Their ColorShift Cerakote finish is a notable differentiator—few shops offer color-changing coatings.
