Pev's Paintball

Pev's Paintball Park opened with a single vision: create outdoor recreation spaces designed for every player type—from first-timers trying gelly ball at age 5 to serious airsoft tactical enthusiasts. What started as a founder's passion has grown into a sprawling facility in Loudoun County that hosts everything from casual weekend play to organized competitive missions.

The park spans multiple terrain types:

• •Turf Fields - Professional-grade artificial turf installed to NPPL (National Professional Paintball League) specifications. 200 ft × 150 ft with built-in high-pressure air fill stations. Used as the Pro Center Court for NPPL All Star Games broadcast on ESPN.
• •Devastation Field - Large scrapyard with spread-out cover and a small valley layout. Teams start on high ground but lose sight lines as they move downfield.
• •Fort Tippmann, District 7, Hard Rock, Dead Wood, Containment, Borderlands - Each field designed with different cover types and tactical layouts

All fields are completely netted for player and spectator safety.

Pev's runs seasonal tactical airsoft events with detailed briefings, team objectives, and professional ref management. Recent operations include:

• •Operation Hephaestus - Pilot rescue and black box recovery scenario with dual-team objectives
• •Assault the Fort - M-Com station destruction and flag capture with medic revival mechanics, timed respawn waves, and specialized roles

Events feature five different field zones, all-day air for pneumatic guns, charging stations, and professional-level game design. Players bring their own equipment or rent on first-come basis.

All rental gear is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before assignment. Paintball goggles are issued once per player and rotated through a 7-day air-dry cycle with Lysol disinfectant treatment. The facility stocks over 500 goggles to prevent reuse within the same week.

Paintball has a lower injury rate than golf. All games are played entirely outdoors with fresh air, and players maintain 10+ feet minimum distance from opponents during gameplay. There is no person-to-person contact—shots are made from distance. The facility uses safety-rated full-seal goggles (mesh goggles not permitted), requires barrel covers when not actively playing, and has zero tolerance for cheating or unsafe blind firing.
