The Winchester Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sportsmen's club dedicated to outdoor recreation, conservation, and marksmanship training. Located at 2863 Millwood Pike in Winchester, Virginia, the chapter operates three distinct shooting ranges plus lake, camping, and conservation facilities.
Membership opens access to:
Rifle/Pistol Range operates seasonally: - March–October: Mon–Sat 8 AM–7 PM, Sun 10 AM–7 PM - November–February: Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–5 PM, Sun 10 AM–5 PM
Shotgun Range: Wed, Sat, Sun 1–3 PM

The chapter hosts structured instruction across all disciplines:
Raffle fundraisers benefit chapter improvements. Recent raffles have included CA Reaper Magnum 12-gauge shotguns. Local partners include Solenbergers, Middletown Firearms, Stonewall Arms, and Miller Ace Hardware.
The Winchester Chapter is part of the national Izaak Walton League of America (IWLA), which has been supporting conservation and natural resource stewardship since 1922. Beyond shooting sports, the chapter maintains trails, manages its lake ecosystem, and organizes community fishing events and workdays.
