Fredericksburg Rod & Gun Club

The Fredericksburg Rod & Gun Club is a premier private shooting facility located just outside historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, off US Route 17 South at 3101 Haislip Pond Road. This exclusive, stockholder-owned club spans approximately 188 acres and welcomes members and their guests for year-round shooting sports and recreation.

The club features an impressive array of shooting facilities:

• •10 Skeet Fields - NSSA sanctioned competitions
• •2 Trap Fields - VTA sanctioned trap shoots
• •1 Rifle Range - Precision rifle shooting
• •1 Pistol Range - Handgun practice and training
• •3 Ponds - Waterfowl and hunting heritage preservation
• •Clubhouse with Pavilion - Social gatherings and events
• •Full Kitchen - Catering and meal preparation

The Fredericksburg Rod & Gun Club hosts a variety of shooting sports and social events throughout the year:

• •NSSA sanctioned skeet shoots (local and regional)
• •VTA sanctioned trap shoots
• •USPSA sanctioned pistol matches
• •Hunter safety training programs
• •Private rental events for groups

The club also partners with major organizations including the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, Wild Turkey Federation, Virginia Shooting Sports Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police.

• •Shooting hours: 8 AM - 10 PM, 365 days per year (in compliance with local ordinances)

• •Membership: This is a private club requiring membership. Prospective members must be sponsored by an existing member and approved by the Board of Directors.
