The Jefferson County Sportsmen's Association operates a 43-acre shooting facility at 112 Gun Club Road, just south of Port Townsend, Washington. The club has been running since 1962 and holds special licensing with Jefferson County to operate.
JCSA maintains dedicated ranges for:

Members get year-round access and gate codes. First-time membership includes a $40 initiation fee plus dues, with an orientation walk-through required (about 1.5 hours). Family memberships available for primary member, spouse, and children under 18.
Non-members can visit during public hours for a $15 range use fee or participate in sanctioned matches and trap shoots by paying the match fee.
Bring a guest as a member for $10/day. The range provides target stands and backer boards—bring your own paper targets.
JCSA operates as a cold range facility. All firearms must be unloaded and cased or holstered when transported off the firing line. No loaded carry in parking lots or between ranges. Safe tables are marked throughout the facility for unloading/reloading.

JCSA is affiliated with the National Rifle Association (NRA), Washington State Rifle and Pistol Association, Pacific International Trap Shooting Association, and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP).
Download a membership application from their website or grab one in the application box just inside the gate. Mail completed application with dues to P.O. Box 737, Port Townsend, WA 98368. The club processes applications and schedules your orientation with the Rangemaster or a Range Safety Officer.

JCSA holds monthly work parties (last Sunday of each month) for range maintenance and projects. Volunteers needed for gate staff, Range Safety Officer positions, and committee work.
