Winter 3-D League runs January through March with Rinehart 3-D targets (several moving) ranging 10-32 yards—ideal for winter archery. The club hosts two annual 3-D shoots: the Indoor 3-D Shoot (40 Rinehart targets, up to 35 yards) and the Outdoor 3-D Shoot (60 Rinehart targets, up to 60 yards). Last year's outdoor event drew 119 shooters.
The club maintains nine Genesis bows and dozens of arrows available for archers without their own equipment.
Stump Shooters partners with local 4-H archery programs, Boy Scout events, and the DWU Archery Club. The club's board coordinates SD archery shoots statewide and maintains contact listings for 20+ archery clubs across South Dakota.
Run by a dedicated board: President Terry Hanson, Vice President Daren Sterk, Treasurer Jerry Opbroek, and directors Bonnie Struble, Steve Werkmeister, Justin Whitehead, and Dustin Weier.
