Wisconsin Cerakote & Laser

Wisconsin Cerakote & Laser applies ceramic coating to metal, plastic, and polymer surfaces. Cerakote enhances abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness—making it popular for firearms that see actual use.

Standard lead time runs 3-8 weeks. They stock common colors; ordering custom colors adds $25 to project cost and 5 days to timeline due to air cure requirements.

Pistols: - Semi-auto frame only: $125 - Semi-auto slide only: $100 - 1-color pistol combo (frame & slide): $200 - 2-color pistol combo: $250 - Desert Eagle adds $50 to any price - Individual controls (safety, trigger, mag release): $35 each - Magazine base plates: $20 each (minimum 2)

Bolt Guns, Shotguns, Revolvers: Standard rates apply. Shotgun barrels cost $7 per inch (O/U or SxS: $12 per inch). Bolt gun stocks run $125; barrel pricing is $7 per inch.

Suppressors & Optics: - Standard suppressors (.22–.30 cal): $75 - Large bore suppressors (.46 cal): $100 - 50 BMG suppressors: $300 - Scopes (with masking): $25 per inch (3" minimum) - Red dot sights (with masking): $35 per inch (2" minimum) - Weapon lights: $20 per inch (2" minimum) - Bipods: $100

Multi-Color & Camo Patterns: - 2-color camo: base price × 2.0 - 3-color camo: base price × 2.5 - 4-color camo: base price × 3.0 - Battleworn finish: $50 (pistol/optic) or $75 (rifle) - Stencil graphics: $50–$150 depending on intricacy

High-temp coating handles temperatures up to 1800°F with excellent UV stability and chemical resistance. Common applications include brake components, exhaust systems, headers, intake manifolds, and pistons.

Brake Components: - Brake caliper (1 or 2 pc, disassembled): $85 each - Brake caliper bracket: $20 each - Heat shields: $75–$125 (email for exact dimensions)

Exhaust Systems: - Downpipes: $150 - Exhaust tips (under 12"): $50 each - Exhaust tips (12" or larger): $75 each - Exhaust manifold—V8: $200 pair | V6: $150 pair | 4-cylinder: $100

Headers: - V8 (over 24" to 44"): $350 pair | (24" or less): $325 pair - V6 (over 24" to 44"): $250 pair | (24" or less): $200 pair - 4-cylinder (over 24" to 44"): $200 | (24" or less): $150

Intake Manifolds & Pistons: - V8 intake: $120 | V6 intake: $100 - Pistons up to 4": $65 (thermal barrier + skirt) or $40 (top only) or $35 (skirt only) - Pistons over 4": $80 (thermal barrier + skirt) or $50 (top only) or $40 (skirt only)

Their fiber laser etches or deeply engraves metal. Lead time is 2-4 weeks (3-8 if combined with Cerakote).

Standard Engraving: - Stock image, one location: $50 per location - Stock scroll image (up to 6" item): $125 per side - Customer image, basic: $100 per location - Customer image, complex with art fee: $150 per location - Custom designed image: quoted hourly (excludes engraving time) - Text only (up to 30 characters): $25+ per location

Non-firearm parts (slides, barrels, uppers, stocks) ship via any carrier. Serialized items (receivers, frames, handguns, long guns) require either:
