Great Lakes Firearms Safety Training

Established in 2007, Great Lakes Firearms Safety Training has taught thousands of students pursuing concealed carry licenses in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Classes meet all state Department of Justice training requirements and lead to a certificate of completion needed to apply for your CCW license.

Ross Palmer, President and Chief Instructor, competes regularly on the Midwest IDPA and USPSA circuit. His certifications include NRA Training Counselor (CCW Basic, Personal Protection, Rifle, Shotgun, Reloading), USCCA Concealed Carry Instructor, and IDPA Safety Officer.
