Paladin Protection Academy is founded and led by Brian Gard, a full-time firearms instructor since 2012 with extensive certifications including USCCA Training Counselor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and specialized instructor credentials across multiple disciplines. The team includes Jenni Gard and Tom Coyle, both certified instructors with expertise in women's training and concealed carry instruction. All instructors bring backgrounds in military service, law enforcement, and professional firearms instruction.

The academy emphasizes responsible firearm ownership through comprehensive training that extends beyond marksmanship to include legal knowledge, situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, and emergency medical response.
