FORCE serves as Wisconsin's official state association for shooting competitions, gun range support, firearm education, and advocacy. The organization is incorporated and maintains active engagement in legislative matters affecting firearm owners' rights.
The organization hosts and sanctions events across multiple shooting disciplines: - High Power Rifle Competitions - Precision long-range rifle events - Benchrest Events - Extreme accuracy competitions for rifle shooters - Pistol Matches - Handgun competition opportunities - Shotgun Events - Clay target and shotgun sports - Small Bore Rifle - .22 caliber and reduced-recoil rifle competitions
Members gain access to a comprehensive calendar of shooting events, educational resources, legislative updates, and a strong community of firearm enthusiasts. The organization publishes a regular newsletter keeping members informed of upcoming competitions, range news, and advocacy efforts.
Beyond competitions, FORCE maintains a Junior Team program to develop young shooters and provides extensive resources on firearm legislation and rights. The organization actively defends Second Amendment rights in Madison, working daily with the NRA to protect gun owners' interests at the state level.
Prospective members can join the organization to participate in sanctioned competitions, access educational materials, and support Wisconsin's shooting sports community. The volunteer-driven model welcomes participation from shooters of all skill levels.
