Full description and what we offer
Bald Mountain Outfitters started in 1952 when Archie Pollard built the first lodge on Half Moon Lake. Today, Terry Pollard runs the operation with Wyoming Outfitters License BG71 (held since 1976) and his daughter Nycole as co-outfitter (License BG364). The family knows this country—Terry has a BS in Wildlife from Utah and Weber State Universities and has been guiding and packing these mountains for over 50 years.
The track record speaks: Nycole won Wyoming Guide of the Year in 2006, Travis won it in 2001. They run about 80% return or direct referral clients, which means hunts book years in advance.
