Custom Rifles from Scratch They've built hundreds of complete custom rifles using boutique actions (ARC, BAT, Curtis Custom, Defiance, Falkor, Fierce, Impact Precision, Mack Brothers, Stiller, Surgeon, Terminus, Zermatt and others). They emphasize match-grade barrels fitted and chambered properly rather than pre-fit barrels—their heavy 3K LB machines deliver superior results over mass-produced CNC work.
Action Accurizing & Blueprinting They take factory receivers (Remington 700, 721, 722, 40X, Winchester 70, Bergara, Howa 1500, Weatherby, Montana Rifle Co, vintage Enfields, Mausers, Springfields) and machine all critical surfaces true, square, and concentric to the bolt raceway. Work holds tolerances to within .0001" TIR using custom jigs and precision tooling.
