Full description and what we offer
Phil Kiner has logged over 34 years in competitive trapshooting and isn't shy about his credentials. He's a 33-time All-American, holds a world record (995 HOA), and is the only shooter in ATA history to break 400x400 on Championship All-Around targets—twice. That pedigree translates directly into his clinics.
Kiner limits each clinic to 10 shooters maximum. This isn't a lecture-hall setup—you get personal attention and real-time feedback. His two-day format runs 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and combines classroom work with shooting and video analysis.
You bring your own gun and ammo (reloads are fine). You'll shoot roughly 175 targets day one, plus another 50-100 if you do doubles. Bring paper and pen to take notes during tape review.
| Format | Cost |
|---|---|
| 1-day group clinic | $300 |
| 2-day group clinic | $450 |
| 1-day private (1 shooter) | $650 |
| 1-day private (2 shooters) | $900 |
Kiner bases out of Cheyenne (about 2 hours from Denver International) but travels nationwide. He's booking 2025 clinics now—most weekends still available. He also offers one-on-one lessons year-round in Cheyenne or at major shoots.
Kiner also sells instructional content: his trapshooting DVD (200+ minutes) runs $40, the "Fine-Tune Your Game" package is $50, and his "Ocular Boot Camp" eye-exercise DVD (designed for trap, skeet, sporting, and bunker) costs $29.95. Both programs are available on DVD or streaming.
