Full description and what we offer
Savery Creek Outfitters has been running guided hunts since 2001, starting with their home ground in the Savery Creek drainage and expanding to include neighboring ranches. Today they control over 50,000 acres of exclusively-leased private land, plus they operate under permit on Medicine Bow National Forest.
Over 16 years of operations, Savery Creek has maintained greater than 98% opportunity across all species hunted.
They hunt the rut when it matters and time migratory patterns. Wyoming's draw system (January-May applications) means tags matter, and they work with clients on the application process.
Their upper ranch features a 4,000 sq ft lodge. Lower properties and Colorado hunts operate from 12,000 sq ft of lodging. Home-cooked meals, comfortable beds, and hot showers come standard—no roughing it required.
Savery Creek partners with Kaweka Hunting near Hawke's Bay wine country. Hunts run mid-February through late April (hitting the rut). Species available include red stag, fallow deer, sika, sambar, rusa, wild goats, arapawa rams, tahr, and chamois. No advance tags required—call for custom pricing for Savery Creek clients.
