Warfighter Concepts

Warfighter Concepts was founded by James Fleming, who brings over 30 years of combined military and federal law enforcement weapons training experience. Fleming spent 20+ years in the US Army, including a premier assignment to the Army's only Special Mission Unit under direct National Command Authority. After retiring from active duty, he served as a Federal Air Marshal, where he was hand-selected to direct and supervise all tactical firearms and close quarter battle training for the South Florida regional area in the post-9/11 era.

They offer three-tier pistol and AR-15 training programs:

Pistol Training: - Basic Pistol - For shooters from the box to range-ready. Covers safe handling and marksmanship fundamentals with practical, field-tested techniques. - Intermediate Pistol - Builds on basics with combat marksmanship and stress drills. Requires existing weapons handling skills. - Advanced Pistol - High-intensity course for experienced shooters. Covers rapid accurate engagement under duress. Not for beginners.

AR-15 Training: - Basic AR-15 - Beginner-focused platform fundamentals with emphasis on safety. - Intermediate AR-15 - Weapons manipulation drills and tactical environment preparation. - Advanced AR-15 - Stressful shooting evolutions while maintaining accuracy. Systematically pushes experienced shooters beyond perceived limits.

Military and law enforcement personnel train on proven combat techniques including: - Room clearance and entry techniques - Stairwell operations (up/down clearances, emergency evacuations) - Corner clears (one and two-man formations) - Hallway movement and formations - Active shooter response in hallways - Intersection tactics (L, T, and 4-way) - 360-degree security techniques - Priority threat assessment

Battle-proven medical training developed from years of battlefield data. Covers three treatment phases: - Care Under Fire - Medical response during active firefight - Tactical Field Care - Field triage and treatment - Tactical Evacuation Care - Evacuation phase protocols

Students learn to manage major life threats: massive hemorrhage, airway obstruction, and tension pneumothorax. Training includes tourniquet placement, nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) insertion, hemorrhage control, triage protocols, and pain management.

Custom-designed emergency response courses covering: - Triage and casualty assessment - Basic and advanced first aid - Airway management and head/spine injury protocols - Bandaging and splinting - EMS operations - Multiple casualty incident management

Small Unmanned Aircraft System operation and inspection for search and rescue, emergency response, and other tactical applications.
