USA Gun Store operates as a family business designed around a simple idea: buying firearms should feel straightforward, not stressful. Founded with the mission of creating a trustworthy, pressure-free environment, they've built a reputation for speed, fair pricing, and an owner who actually answers his phone.

• •Rifles: AR-15s, AK rifles, bolt-action, lever-action, black powder, and single-shot options
• •Shotguns: Semi-auto, pump, over-under, side-by-side, bolt-action, and lever-action models

What customers consistently mention in reviews is Troy—the owner. A few examples:

"The location where I had my gun shipped rejected it, so it came back to USA Gun Stores. The next day (Saturday), I emailed Troy and within 30 minutes he called me back. He sent it back to me as soon as he received it and even paid the return shipping!" — Andrew W.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong ammo, and Troy helped me with a return and a refund immediately!" — AJ Rodriguez

"Troy went out of his way to help a complete stranger... he understood my hunting season was closing and jumped through hoops to accommodate the situation." — GivenByGod

Customers report orders arriving in 2-3 days. One buyer ordered Nosler 6.5CM ammo on Sunday and had it in his safe Wednesday afternoon. Troy provides proactive order updates—multiple emails/calls letting you know status before it arrives.

If you're shipping a firearm to an FFL, USA Gun Store handles transfers with real accountability. When one FFL rejected a transfer (then refused to handle them), Troy immediately reshipped it and covered the cost. They're a reliable alternative for dealers who've stopped handling transfers.

They actively support local shooting, hunting, law enforcement, and outdoor communities—taking a hands-on role rather than relying on national brand recognition. Their blog covers practical topics: firearm maintenance, inspecting used guns before purchase, bullet types and applications, and range day essentials.

Most online retailers talk about selection and speed. USA Gun Store customers talk about problems getting fixed. Damaged ammo shipment? Troy calls to make it right. Wrong quantity from a third-party listing? Troy honors the mistake. Need something fast for a closing hunting season? Troy finds a way.

Armscor, Barnes, Federal, Fiocchi, Hornady, Nosler, Remington, Underwood, Winchester, Browning, Keltec, Mossberg, Sig Sauer, Burris, Bushnell, Eotech, Iray, Magpul, and more.

If you want the widest selection of guns, ammo, and gear shipped fast—and you want to deal with someone who'll actually fix things when they go wrong—this is the place. They're not trying to be a chain. They're trying to be the opposite.
