Namepa Rod & Gun Club operates as a member-supported facility hosting multiple shooting disciplines on their outdoor range at 7990 Bennett Road. This isn't a casual plinker setup—it's built for competitive shooting with structured match calendars and sanctioned events.
The club regularly hosts:
New USPSA shooters must check in at the range building for a mandatory briefing before competing—you won't be allowed to shoot without it.
This is an active, well-organized club with regular board meetings (third Thursday monthly) and clear operational structure. They maintain multiple pits and firing lines, coordinate with sanctioning bodies, and actively manage facility use.
The club operates both indoor and outdoor facilities. Monthly board meetings are open to members, and the facility hosts everything from training workshops (like their NRL22 coaching sessions) to specialized events like the annual "Frozen Chosin" M1 Garand match.
Most events are open to the public—you don't have to be a member to compete in matches. Match fees are typically $15 cash. Sign-ups usually happen through PractiScore for organized events.
7990 Bennett Road, Nampa, ID. The range has an administration building, multiple pits, a common firing line, and dedicated silhouette range—indicating substantial infrastructure for different shooting sports.
