Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association

The Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association (MSRPA) serves as the flagship gun rights organization in Maryland, working to develop activists and defend Second Amendment protections at the state level.

• •State Championships: Organizes and conducts sanctioned matches in all shooting disciplines across Maryland
• •Competitive Teams: Sponsors the official Maryland State Rifle Team and Maryland State Pistol Team
• •Junior Programs: Develops and funds active youth shooting education and competition programs
• •Range Development: Promotes the establishment of safe shooting ranges and hunting lands throughout the state
• •Legal Defense: Operates the MSRPA 2A Defense Fund to support Second Amendment litigation in Maryland courts
• •Hunter Education: Promotes hunting safety and hunter education initiatives

MSRPA maintains full affiliation with the Director of Civilian Marksmanship and the National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice. Members gain eligibility for membership at Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, Inc., and stay connected to both state and national advocacy efforts through NRA-ILA coordination.
